Shipping Policy

• The order is delivered through Royal Mail
• Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays. In such an instance, please expect the delivery on the next working day.
• Please note that items cannot be classified as lost until 21 days have passed as the Royal Mail. If a claim is made, it can take approximately 6 weeks to be processed.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
• Deliveries are made within 5 to 10 working days. Royal Mail offers approximate delivery time, but there can be delays.
• Once your order enters our system, we cannot cancel it.
• If a parcel is returned to us, we can only send it back once shipping is paid for by the customer.
• If you do not receive an order within 14 days of the expected delivery date, please notify us immediately to help you locate it.
• We keep a ‘proof of package’ for all orders sent and can provide you with a copy on request.
• If you are unavailable to accept delivery of your order, Royal Mail will leave a delivery card. Also, the parcel will be kept at the local sorting office so you can collect it later. They may also leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if they assume it to be so. You will be notified if that happens.
• We accept most credit/debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro cards, and Visa debit cards
• ACA reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not compliant with our terms and conditions
• If your package is heavy, it will be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified of the costs before your order is dispatched.
• If an order is returned to us after several failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or non-collection, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
• We will use all reasonable methods to ensure that the delivery time is met but cannot be held responsible for external factors that may affect the process, such as third-party performance or poor weather conditions
• Used equipment is not eligible for return or exchange.
• In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment, the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.
• You have to pay for return shipping if you want to exchange your product for another size or the package is returned because it has not been picked up at the post office.
• We deliver within the UK only.
